またGARMIN買いましたー！

結構前になるんだけれど。
※2ヶ月くらい前です・・・。

最初のGARMINを買ったのが、2014年8月。

結構って訳でも無いけど、それなりに走ってきたからか、バッテリーがヘタって来た。

で、一度沖縄でフルマラソン走った時に、最後までバッテリーが持たなかったんですな。
まあ、フルマラソンで5時間位かかってるんですけども。

コレはイカンな、と思案。

どうせ買うなら、とまあまあイイのをポチッとしたのでした。

65000円くらいしたけれど、まあ、走るモチベーションを維持するって意味では、全然必要なもんですから。

特に走ってない人には。








前のより全然重たいけど、バッテリーはメチャ持つし、普通の時計として毎日はめてるので、コレはコレで有りかな。




コレハメて寝てると、「深い睡眠・浅い睡眠」の割合とかを教えてくれます。
どれくらい信用できるのかは分かりませんが＜眠りが浅い




この「best yesterday」って意味が全然分からない。
「昨日が最高」って、もう頑張れないような・・・。

このGARMINの時計をハメて、Jaybirdのイヤホンでアプガを聞きながら、今日も走るのでありました。

寒いから走るのは週末だけですけども。
